As we all are aware that the education system in the country is changing rapidly and hence the need of era is to provide skilled professionals and engineers to the country who will contribute in building modern India. We are totally committed to provide excellent training for fire engineers and they will be trained in a wide range of skills related to firefighting, safety measures and other key areas for the oil & gas industries and for civil defense, aviation and transport etc.
With the increasing industrialization and growing dependence on electricity, manmade fire is creating havoc for safety management experts. There lies a big gap in requirement of professionals needed for fire safety and disaster management and the available manpower. Beside the head count gap there is quantum technological advancement in the methods of fire safety and its prevention.
The level of safety extends and increased based on the hazard in workplace or environment is increased. For many industries safety is the boon to safe guard an individual, property, possessions from various types of hazards which could be realized or concealed. There are various type of industries like Construction, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining, Electrical, Manufacturing, Aeronautical, Power, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Food manufacturing & processing industries and so on which has more chance of accidents like slips, trips, falls, amputation, crushing, fire & explosion, electrocution, asphyxiation and finally fatality.

At IIFSE we are driven by the nobility and "THE LAST HOPE" of this distinct profession. It is as noble as fighting with the enemy to save the landmass. Fire fighters on the mission are the last hope. If your profession involves saving life and it pays you for your livelihood it is same as that of army personnel. With the modern equipment and extensive use of computer based stimulation fire fighting is fast becoming less hazardous. The loss of life and property because of the fire fighters on their missions has decreased substantially during the last decade.

IIFSE is affiliated with the leading academic and technical bodies; these are BSS (Bharat Sevak Samaj), SBTET (State Board of Technical Education). These are State and Central Government Bodies accredited UGC approved courses, the array of courses available at IIFSE through these technical body and universities are well researched and widely accepted in the industry and Government Organizations.
